The Ottomans would have tried to conquer... ICELAND? Are you seriously spinning slave raids into attempts of conquering?

And looking at Scandinavia today they're doing anything but fine. In case you haven't noticed. You can blame it on secularism all you want but the fact of the matter is that the entire mess we're in happened on the watch of Christianity.

Modern "pagan" religions aren't based in anything historical

Yeah. Christianity did a stellar job at wiping out paganism and heretics but never really touched their supposed arch enemies the Jews. Which isn't exactly surprising if you consider the fact that Christianity is a Jewish religion.
