I'd have to find the source again but I'm pretty sure he was onboard with "bleaching" the Eastern Bloc as it were (especially considering historic German populations in the area i.e. aforementioned Volga Germans and Siebenburg Saxons of Romania)
I have my doubts about that as Hitler wasn't exactly a fan of race mixing. But if you find the source please send me the link. It's the first time I'm hearing about it.
I think that's the thing, it wasn't seen as "mixing" - the opposite really per my understanding of Nuremberg laws. I'll have to look for it when able.
