This is the literal definition of a deep state slap on the wrist.
Everyone is guilty of it. They can whip this out in a heartbeat if they want. You only do it as part of a coverup.
He's getting off soft. He should be drawn and quartered.
Just like Snowden and Manning, right?
If the prosecution is actually serious, they'll put him away. If it's not, they won't. The exact charges don't matter.
Snowden and Manning were charged with much more than misappropriating classified documents. That was ONE of their charges, unlike Bolton, not ALL of them.
There's no equivalence here.
