The cool thing about D&D and TTRPGs in general is you don't have to use any of that faggot shit. It's fantasy, so change it up how you want. I know I do. Besides, the PDFs and VTT modules are out there free and they also have whole sites dedicated to the rules from current and past editions. It's not hard to not give these insufferable fuckwads money.
