How about the rifle owned by his grandfather with an empty casing in the chamber?
You literally have a smoking gun and a confession, and this evidence has been soundly dismissed, but the lack of evidence showing Israeli involvement is wildly conclusive...
Yeah, that's a lie. It is reported that a family friend who happens to be a detective "recognized" him on the news and told him to turn himself in. His family is hiring the most powerful defense lawyers in the country at the moment.

They did "find" this rifle in the woods. No proof it was ever taken onto campus or that it shot Kirk or that he pulled the trigger.

Given the level of ignorance in this thread, I doubt this until I see more information; but I wouldn't be surprised that the family is hiring good defense lawyers, their son is facing the death penalty.

Yes because there's no reason to think a hunting rifle would be connected to a shooting with a high powered rifle a few hundred yards away.
"A man was shot in an armed robbery. I found a glock in a trash can across the street, but luckily, I know that this glock couldn't possibly have been involved."

If only any of the photos of "Tyler Robinson" ascending the stairs showed him with any kind of rifle.
Also the shot that killed Charlie wasn't a 30.06. This has been analyzed ad nauseum. The only way it could possibly be a .300 cal bullet is if Charlie was wearing body armor (he wasn't) AND the bullet was frangible (lol).
The "text messages" from "Tyler Robinson" are enough evidence of lying to anyone with a brain
The confession to his father was also a lie too?
