Your shitpost is shit. Try using a picture where the head is orientated properly and not tilted backwards which the ears alone are a dead giveaway of, and that's before bringing up the skin on the back of the neck.
The ears being in line with the eyes indicates the backwards tilt is minimal. Even if you rotate the picture until the ear is above the eye, you can still see a conic skull and profoundly protruding mouth. Plenty of fat swarthoids have neck rolls even when they're trying to see their own feet.
They're nowhere near in line with the eyes, they're in line with her cheekbones below her eyes.

Meanwhile on the human skull that same point is in line with the opening of the ear. The head is far more tilted than you are trying to argue.
