A stick of dynamite taped to every speaker wouldn't be that expensive, but I'm not sure what it would sccomplish. The mudslimes will just replace them.

Honestly, the only thing to do that would actually work, long term, would have me accused of being a neon-bright glowie fedposting were I to say it. But there isn't another solution that can be implemented at this stage.
