Trump loves to talk big, and I've been pretty critical of his current term (although still better than the alternative by far!), but it will be nice if they can deliver here. A solid win would be nice.

I'm thinking they're pushing back childhood (infant) vaccinations a year or two. That alone would make a massive impact.
