You've been actively hostile to the very notion that the drugs you are on might be negatively effecting you, and then when pushed on these facts you default to "woe is me, I'm a victim, the world hates me" state.

Of course no one wants to offer you anything but derision, you actively resist anything but making yourself more worthless in some vain attempt that if you are pathetic enough people might decide to help you.
