Quasi because a lot of consenting gays take it, because I guess that is the only way they are willing to take some in order to get some. Also quasi because it has never been approved as a drug, apparently(to my recollection) the original use was for cleaning VCR and cassette tape heads, you can guess what most of it produced today is used for based on that.

If Republican legislatures were really interested it cutting down on degeneracy, they would probably restrict or tax it further. Probably has some rare legit use. It might be pointless though if it is easy to make.
