Can't claim to be a minor when people start questioning his antics on the social media he seems to find appropriate for sharing his inner monologue through over deeply emotive events he clearly can't comprehend.

Unless he's just being autismo about cross contamination of potential chemical or bacterial infection. That would fit with his never having known love.
