I was being more rhetorical but, yeah, no more asylums.

So being "insane" shouldn't be a get out of jail free card. If you murder someone, you are to be kept away from society. If you're insane, and there aren't asylums to stick you, you go to jail.

But our justice system is evil, so here we are.
