Because if caring about my race above other races makes me racist then I’m racist. Once whites in general are ok saying “I’m racist” all sorts of terrifying ideas end up on the table.

You're not even arguing for tolerating racism, you're arguing for White Supremacy and placing gypsies and white communists above loyal Americans with institutional violence because you'd rather die in a gulag than have Clarance Thomas as your neighbor.

You're calling foreigners, who don't speak your language, don't worship your god, don't share your values, and don't live near you: a community. And you should give institutional power to these anti-American, non-English speaking, foreigners over your neighbors, and possibly your own family if they are any amount of mixed race.
