Except blacks were allowed to be citizens until Dredd Scott which was a progressive ruling based on eugenics
They didn't consider enslaved blacks or any slaves at all as a full person which was opposed by the Quakers who were the foundation for the nation
The supreme court has no constitutional basis to decide who is American. That's up to us.
Calling yourself synonymous with blacks is insulting to yourself and all whites.
