I don't doubt this IS their plan, the only problem is the establishment has their head so far up their own ass they resemble a pretzel. Because they are SO HATED internally and incompetent in both rollout, implementation and messaging, this is whats actually happened each stage:
Stage 1: the 'think of the children' failed as NOONE in the UK believe the government cares about children due to grooming gangs. They tried to say Farage was supporting pedos by being against the Online Safety Bill but that message flopped too hard since Farage is too well known for that kind of attack and since he's anti mass replacement, he's seen as at least more pro child safety in rejecting more grooming invaders. And in terms of the bill stopping kids seeing bad shit on the internet...most parents believe it did little or made ot worse as kids are using even Tor now.
Stage 2: Again, the rapey invaders negates this completely having Muslims and Africans follow and harass them does that.
Stage 3: Starmer already preempted this with his attacks on Farage going to that US committee and that flopped on him so hard he lost his deputy.
The fact is the mass replacement they put a focus on is actually conflicting and eroding their attempts at control with the online safety bill. China was only able to enact their firewall as they have a largely homogeneous society both race and culturally. Because they UK doesn't and has SO MANY races and cultures vying for dominance, the establishment can't control any of them as they each rile the other up.
