Nevermind just whiny, borderline retarded/female. Customers aren't supposed to read your mind to know your margins. If you know they're too tight for discounts just put "not eligible for coupons" on the items. Otherwise they're going to presume competence and take your word at face value.
And if you forgot about the coupon and got a big order like that, then sending an email saying "hey man, our bad, we weren't intending to allow double discounts on those items. We'll honor the terms, but wanted to let you know we're actually losing money like this if that impacts your decision" is less likely to lose customers rather than bitching on social media about someone making a legit and straightforward purchase.
Especially since the coupon is only available to Patreon supporters. You already know this customer likes you! He probably wasn’t intending to fuck you out of money, and in fact would very likely not want to do that. One polite DM may very well have gotten the order cancelled with no drama. Instead he’s made a circus out of berating a customer who gives him money for nothing on a monthly basis.

Good points, especially considering this guy is apparently an online personality and goodwill with his audience is so important.
