If the FtM has their vagina turned inside out & built into a penis? I'm not sure they can reverse that.

They could also "build a penis" on a post-op MtF too, but it would be even less "useful" than a FtM "penis" :/ Not that either will function, but at least the FtM one has better sensitivity. Maybe.
