Being charismatic means having large chunks of the population drawn to you, large chunks of the population are also retarded. That's why I'm saying it doesn't require genius. Yes he had the black factor built in which gave him the black vote and dumb white libs, but young Obama especially did have charisma. It's why he was able to do so much damage.
