I'd put money on 'deferred adjucation' becoming a go-to request for every black case for the next decade, getting abused and overused now that they've discovered it, just like executive orders since Obama started flinging them out like paper airplanes.

...and then subsequently, since the recipients don't earn a record, we'll hear about how the number of black offenders has dropped sharply, how their community strength has turned it all around, and how they deserve more credit for their culture.
