And that was on a summary judgement for claiming he hadn't provided enough evidence for discovery, when they provided more evidence than has ever been provided in all of US legal history, including literally millions of pages worth of documentation, policies, and financial records; as well as his entire personal cellphone by accident.
Nick, on the other hand, was allowed to give written testimony, and wasn't even dragged before congress. Which, you would think, would be really useful if the Left wanted to claim that the insurrection was a literally white supremacist coup.

Another man was convicted of contempt of court for not appearing in court while in prison after the government refused to tell the judge or his attorney which prison he was in. Attorneys were threatened with disbarment if they raised appeals. J6 prisoners were kept in federal prison, without conviction, and without trial for sometimes all 4 years of the Biden regime. Some people were kept in federal prison (not jail) without charge. For as long as 3 years. The list of crimes goes on and on. And the man who shot Ashley Babbitt in the throat was given a fucking parade.
