His own reaction time isn't exactly much better, between headbut and hook there was zero reaction to defend himself, just a "whiuuu" expression and being a nice stationary target.
But a guy who pays thousands in legal fees/bribes to get a certificate that says he gets to carry a poodle everywhere for mental health reasons is practically a woman anyway.
Not like there's a guaranteed chance to protect yourself against a good combo, but he didn't even try to do anything, the other hand just stays hanging loose. Crazy to let someone get that close and not be prepared to do anything.
