I have some vacation time on Friday so I’ll take my PS4 to GameStop to trade in (since they sell sports cards now I’ll get some packs with store credit). Once I got a gaming laptop I was spending more and more time playing games on it to the point where I was only using my PS4 to watch streaming. Now that I have chrome cast I really don’t have a need for it anymore. I’m officially in the PC Master Race. I’ve always bought Sony since I was a senior in high school and my dad said if I got a PS1 he would buy my first game (terrible deal since he bought Riven).
My main reason for getting a gaming laptop was that I couldn’t get quest mods in PS4 Skyrim. Now, if I ever come across a PS2 I’d happily buy that again but I saw one at a game store with 5 games for 700. From now on it’s Steam for me. I think I may do a playthrough of old Sierra games as well
Pc gamer here. I kept my ps4 for bloodborne and dragons crown. Otherwise, it was a huge waste of money. And ps5 somehow looks even worse.
Honestly, after watching gamescom last night, the industry is in trouble. They only make like five different games anymore, over and over again. When someone does step outside of that box, it’s usually to make some extra woke indie slop.
And the only game I’m still holding out hope for is Elder Scrolls 6 but that hope is dwindling. I can get it on Steam when it comes out. What happened at Gamescom?
