This situation is so bad for the administration it's like a golden goose that keeps laying nuclear bombs. It's at the point that I'm wondering if the pedo will appear back in the US for a perfunctory court date. The alternative is a neverending media firestorm.

Foreign criminals who are released and given a court date pretty much never show up for it.
