Ushuaia was neat, but was also overrun by Brazilians.
You can't go much farther to the ends of the earth than Tierra del Fuego.
It's pretty tiny IIRC.
What I recall was that I got stuck there for awhile because transport in & out can be difficult. Then suddenly one day, the town was overrun by Brazilians like it was Portuguese Spring Break.
Brazilians that have money to go there, are usually white and they leave soon, and it's not common to have street shitters in Brazil. Better than jeets by a long mile
I've been to Bariloche.
It was pretty White back then.
Closes I have been was Montevideo, which is rather White, but I think Argentina is more, maybe Ushuaia might be an option.
