I don't know anything of the situation but this seems more like a healthy calling-out of bad behavior. We need to shame more horrible parents and people, not complain about their grown kids complaining.
I don’t have any actual friends, only 2, I don’t have any plan for my life, and I don’t care, I just don’t care about anything anymore
These are not things that he can just throw off any responsibility for. Sure his parent's failure heavily contributed to it ending up being on his shoulders instead of having support and help to do so, but at the end of the day its your life and your decision to live it.
In fact, if he was forced to grow into a man already as much as he claims, he should already be planning his escape and life from it. That is what takes it from "healthily calling out" of his failure parents to wallowing in self pity for ass pats.
As I was corrected after this comment, he is in fact a teenager and not a young adult like I assumed, so its normal behavior. But its also not healthy for his own sake to enable that self-defeating mindset, even if it feels cathartic to see him take down his loser parents.
I agree with you that the self-defeating attitude is a problem he needs to fix in himself. I hope he finds a good role model and develops a more healthy approach to life.
My assumption is he learned the unhealthy tactic of complaining online from watching his parents. That's a big reason I try to shield my kids from much of the internet. My belief is that a parent must try to shield their children from their parents' mistakes as much as possible, while still teaching the children how to avoid making those mistakes.

I do as well. He needs to escape the shadow he is letting himself live under and look out into the real world. Which is hard when you live with that kind of mother as he describes her, but life dealt him a hard hand. Its either play or fold, no matter how injust that is.

He has been streaming for at least a few years now. Meaning he is already learning those unhealthy parasocial behaviors that even adult streamers fall into. Which should probably be the first change he makes, to both help himself and sever his father's shadow.

Agree entirely. Unfortunately it seems in this case the egotistical Destiny's influence is to make him a complete copy of him. Which is awful on many levels.

I'd agree with you if not for this bit:
