Well, in this case it was cause by a number of factors for most being the one child per family clusterfuck. Extreme maoist era greed(?), I'm not sure how to label it but its a fucked way three generations have been raised, the current "Circle of Three" economy the current generation is stuck in.

The Circle of Three economy boils down to: You either live stream, possibly hocking garbage and ordering take out. You deliver takeout and watch the live streamers in your spare time. Or you're a security guard guarding nothing ordering takeout and watching live streamers.
