Well if they actually bann these too their pretense its to protect kids is worth even less, doubt most kids can even pay for vpn services. And even then this wont stop them completly either use the darknet or tor even tho thats too slow for videos probably. But good enough to find pics. But I see a lot of people moving outside the UK soon. Preferable some scandinavian or asian countries which dont have similar shit planned.
