Lefties at election time: "Foreign interference bad! We have to counter it at all costs. Humans should just all help each other like decent human beans, welfare is never wasteful"
Lefties when a red state asks for help after foreign economic interference : "Ew, no, what a waste. They shouldn't be spending my taxes on dirty farmer states"
It's only good if we choose who gets it.
What they're claiming is that Nebraska's dependence on China is the natural order of things, and Nebraska's problem should be solved by letting China do what it wants.
