Not really, the mass importation of foreign cheap nurses is already happening as well as H1B docs who are less educated than most American nurses. Healthcare is currently the largest DEI program in the country, the only one that is even remotely comparable is tech. Truth is when boomers die out in the next 20 years while quality of care becomes “doctors” asking ai for diagnosis and write a prescription from a list given to them by their hospital, the demand is going to drop drastically.
