you just can't play at a high level anymore without dealing with hordes of cheaters. if you want to play casually you can still have fun but at the high level it's at the point where there will be a cheater in every game

It's just a microcosm of society. People cheat in real life to get ahead too, and they aren't punished for it, so why would they stop? Of course they'll cheat in video games too.
