There was a problem with a door, it wasn't latching properly. The latch was at the top and neither of them could figure it out nor reach it.
One of them is Moroccan, the other is some western coal burning mystery meat.
The Moroccan asked me to fix the door. Which I did in about 10 second after using my hands to understand the latch mechanism and manipulating it blindly (I can't see over the top of the door).
Afterwards the Moroccan lady says
this is why we need a man.
The coalburner immediately responded.
No we don't, I could have done that don't get full of yourself.
Two breed of female, one that appreciates the need for a man's help, the other that makes every effort to tear a man down where she sees an opportunity.
Which way western man?
Which in turn requires two responses. "You're welcome", and "fuck off" (or whatever HR compliant bullshit equivalent you're willing play with)
If I still lived in the West, I would simply not fix shit and never help.
I adopted this policy in my 20s and never looked back. I found if I didn't help, another man usually would, and it always disgusted me. They often seemed proud of their subservience.
I recall one job, this girl walks in and checks out the staff, looking for her favorite simp. She spots him and starts crying. He runs up and asks her what's wrong, she says she stubbed her toe and it hurts really bad. He offers to take her shift so she could have the day off. She always tried to pull shit like that with different guys.
See...like most young men, I'm underemployed and need to pay bills. I need the job lol.
Definitely look for a male dominated industry or department. Still very few women working in tech jobs.
Working on it. Seriously considering ICE. But polygraphs and I dont get along.
Polygraph is a prop. The readout is meaningless, they just use it to try to trick you into incriminating yourself. All you have to do to beat a polygraph is stick to your guns and don't fall for the traps they set.
Pointed "You're welcome" to one. Steely eyed "I see you" glare at the other.
