I was pretty shocked to hear that their revenue was so low as well. Two shows a week & a midsized YT channel with a pretty loyak audience was only GROSSING 60k total that had to be split between the two of them.
Rebecca tweeted as much after the fallout, trying to demonstrate how she didn't need that in her life anymore with her husband employed & doing well. And that breaking up their partnership over 10% of 60k gross after such a long time is so petty.
Not sure if the 60k tweet exists. She snipes at Christiansen sometimes then deletes it later. You know, women.
Edit: It appears the show was making something like 70k gross at its peak according to this remaining tweet where she mentions it wasn't worth it anymore for her 35k cut (which perhaps could also be interpreted as Net)
