I don't think that's the main factor, I think it's more he's such an unlikable cunt that he's doing this to appeal to the Muslims in the UK scared he'll lose their vote share to the old commie that's forming a new party.
I doubt Corbyn will get the votes to get in but he WILL split any remaining Labour vote, increasing reform, Robert Lowe's party if it gets off the ground fast enough and a few independents or more national parties share.
But I think in the next election the UK has, when it might happen (as there are rumours Starmer might call next year to head off corbyn before he's established), Labour, conservatives, lib dems and SNP will be devastated.

That's what I mean, Starmer is THAT unliked that the guy that lost years ago would WIN against him now.
Hell the only reason they even have power now is because the conservatives voter base DIDN'T vote.
Every one of their moves have been an act of desperation to retain power:
16 year olds can now vote but restrict the Internet so schools can indoctrinate them better.
Support Palestine to shore up muslim votes.
We're not seeing a big plan, we are seeing an establishment on the decline, grasping the dirt not to sink in a hole of their own making.
