Grew up in foster care her whole life with her brother. Brother gets put away for 20 years for getting caught with drugs three times. She turns to prostitution to support herself, gets pregnant.

I read that pimps will often overdose their girls on heroin as a cheap form of abortion.

She was wheeled into the hospital alert and talking after a heroin overdose, 4 hours later she was dead. Ive said it a few times, but I guess this major metro hospital just happened to be out of narcan that day?

Anyway, the part that really fucking rips me is when she went in the hospital, she told a nurse she "threw her baby in the trash.".

This nurse ran to the media outlets telling them this woman had thrown her newborn in the trash. (which oddly enough I knew a girl in highschool who did this :( ).

The newspapers "Drug addicted woman throws newborn in trash." something very inflammatory and attention grabbing.

Anyways, turns out she was only about 5 or 6 weeks pregnant, her baby was nothing but a clump of cells, but I had met this girl a few times when we were kids, she was a good person, who was forced to do what she had to do in the worst of times, she didnt deserve what the fuck happened to her, makes me so angry.

You think the newpapers redacted that article? There was one little update months later about it hidden on the back of page 18 of the sunday news.
