Israel is torching its reputation at a record pace. I guess it thinks that it can basically dispense with PR and just get support with bribery and possibly extortion - and it's probably right about that. The control that voters have over foreign policy is close to zero.

Here, the only people still supporting Europe are right-populists who think that Israel is fighting Islam. And yet there is no action by governments against Israel, for the reasons specified earlier.
