Now I know Europe has already been thoroughly invaded already, but I would like to think if someone is making murder gestures to the locals that they're still more likely than not European. Particularly if they're the kind of locals who would go out and protest mass invasion of their country.

So it depends if you're adding your own subtext to the title that it's directed at all Europeans instead of the ones outside the window, or just reading it literally.
