I'm hoping you're right and it's just being deliberately misconstrued by the media, I'd hate it if they were to try and stop a GTO or High-school DxD from being made under their rules.
As opposed to that Texas anti-anime law, which friends elsewhere tell me goes into effect September 1.
I doubt it'll hold up at the state Supreme Court, but apparently it's been signed...so why aren't Crunchyroll (Flower Mound, near Dallas) and Sentai Filmworks (Houston) saying anything?
