I think the best part about all of this is that the backlash might force him to change his mind. He's very clearly shown that he's responsive to what people actually want.

If he's smart, he'll let Biden and Obama connections to the Epstein Files get investigated, and engage in a kind of selective prosecution of some of the worst offenders that are preventing his policy actions. There's no way that everyone on the Client List isn't still fighting him, there's definitely going to be some people he can take out, even if it's not political prosecution, but just transporters, smugglers, and recruiters. Then they'll claim that they had "new" information.
