Conservatives mostly, at least sometimes. They also have strong economies & oil too.
SK and MB often elect the Unionist "NDP" Party though, and spend years under the worst form of socialism filled with graft, corruption and special interest groups raking in millions.
Alberta elected the NDP once... it nearly bankrupted them.

Anyhow, the only Province in Canada that pays INTO the system is Alberta. All the rest are leeches.
