Doubt it’s true but I saw it was rumored. I guess in season 2 they may have Obi-Wan meet a young Lando and help him with his homework or have Luke and Leia meet and go on play dates as well as fight Vader 3 or 4 more times.
I’m joking but considering how Disney shills defended all the crap in the show that didn’t fit within Star Wars lore, I’m sure they would defend that. The show should be used as a lesson about the girl power obsession in entertainment. I remember there was an interview with the showrunner where she said that she was really trying to figure out how to include Leia. Also, so many people figured out Reva’s story from the beginning since woke storytelling is pretty predictable
Of course I’ll end this by recommending the EU book Kenobi by John Jackson Miller. Written in 08 and he understood the parameters of a story about Kenobi between 3 and 4. In the book he watches Luke from afar while getting reluctantly sucked into a fight between Tuskens and local farmers.
They're also making a Green Lantern show using characters and cast from the new Superman movie. It's going to be bad.
I love the older green lantern comics with Jordan and Stewart.
That's the premise of the show.
Except it's veteran Hal Jordan with rookie John Stewart. A lot of the casting looks to be focusing heavily on Stewart and his family so expect another racial soapbox while characters like Guy Gardner, again to be played by Nathan Fillion who has voiced Hal so many times having anyone else play him is just stupid, will be the retarded comic relief. Despite Red Lantern Guy Gardner being one of the best character developments he ever got.
Of course they can’t just make a lantern show. They have to do a racial soapbox like always
