It's a big part of why I sold all of my European investments before the tariff negotiations began. The coming tariffs were the final slap to the face I needed to ignore the common investment advice about "diversification", since all of Europe had been penalizing productivity to subsidize imported parasites for years.
I'm angry enough about losing money over it. I can only imagine how angry I would be if they were trying to enslave me to pay for it. Some people may give you shit for not staying to fight, but I don't blame you for leaving one bit.

For what it's worth, I don't think Britain is 'done for' like some blackpillers do, but I do think it's in for some very turbulent years ahead. I'm about to start a family; I can't afford to tough it out when I have opportunities elsewhere.
