What I find interesting about the whole thing is how the abandonment felt so... orchestrated. Like, why did pretty much all of them agree at the same time to skip it? Something doesn't smell quite right. Am I being paranoid?
Same question could be asked why they all fervently celebrated in unison to begin with. There was never anything natural about it, so why would its death differ?
It was probably brought up at bilderberg or some wef event and trickled out through mailing lists and groups the ultra rich are all in. As well as USAID. Even games journalists had (probably still have) an email group where they coordinated narratives.
