A Canadian in whatever the fuck is wrapped around her head is far more concerning than whatever her degrees are. Her public speech patterns of ahh ahh are fairly annoying and do not really reflect a top quality public figure. Few public figures like that could get a pass as long as what they are saying is ultra based.
