The WQ isn't solvable until the JQ is solved which is why most people focus on the JQ instead of the WQ. The WQ is solved simply by reducing taxes by 80%, cutting government spending by 80%, abolishing the Civil Rights Act, abolishing Child Support and making division of assets in divorces equal to what-you-bring-in you-bring-out.
