They are almost as xenophobic at the cultural level as Jews while also living in an insanely competitive environment that teaches people do anything possible to get ahead, including cheating and lying.
This means that some Indian somewhere will find a method or loophole for an easier life but as soon as he/she is installed in this new place, they start pulling as many Indians as possible into the same space. This is why one hiring manager in a company from India means about 50% of your company will be Indian in a few years.

Throughout all of human history, minus like the last century or two, people have wanted the best for their people...even if their people are retarded.
In that respect, Indians are more on point than the West. If Indians want to support their people, and the West, doesn't...the Indians win. No matter which side was better. If the West is better, Westerners should be striving to preserve that for their people. So far, we aren't. Sadly.
Also it's not as if we're accusing them of intelligence here. But likely cunning enough to only bring in someone who can't replace them. That means as you go down the chain each Indian import gets stupider and stupider. Kinda like how traditionally US presidents have only picked someone more stupid than them as Vice President. (expect when it was their CIA handler)
