There is no chance of installing Shah Jr. in my opinion. This ain't the 50s anymore. People are wise to the CIA's hijinks.
They were able to pull off a color revolution in 2014 Ukraine because Ukraine is already an incoherent country and the people were primed for it. I don't think Iranians are in the mood. Also most of the country still has living memory of the Shah's secret police.
