When it comes to nuclear weapons technology there is nowhere on earth that is not "neighboring country" range.

No country on earth is capable of being a realistic conventional threat to the US at present. That changes instantly when nukes are involved, because they no longer need to fight us to cause harm. A nuclear device detonated in the upper atmosphere could cause mass chaos without even being able to strike the US.

Nuclear proliferation is a much more severe national security threat than the cartels. Dealing with the cartels would have been much more justified than our waste of time and life, for profit police actions in the middle east. On that aspect of things you are correct. But your unceasing histrionics about striking nuclear facilities is making you look like a fool.

You can start screeeing when we actually get into another useless "war" that we aren't allowed to win. But Trump doesn't seem to be interested in doing that. If he does, by all means start the waterworks again. But he litterally warned them days in advance, allowed them to move their people out of the way, then destroyed their enrichment facility. That is the most restrained possible response to Iranian nuclear development.
