Iran is a pain in the ass but they haven't been a true threat in years meanwhile Mexico has launched an attempt to reconquer the land they sold us.

If the mexican government started developing nukes I'd support bombing to prevent that.
In terms of intervention not related to nuclear proliferation in Mexico, we could justify destroying every cartel that the CIA funded as cleaning up problems our own government created for the mexican people. But a ground war isn't worth getting into in either Iran or Mexico.
