Well, that's several of them, but the rest of us are genuinely afraid of Trump creating a new Iraq. Even with us assuming that Trump is just launching a strike to end the Iranian threat and walk away... that doesn't mean that a full scale war can't be the result of this stuff.
Even in the event that Trump doesn't want an expansion of this war, it doesn't mean that Israel and the establishment won't cause one anyway. Even if Trump had full control of the government and wasn't being subverted, the situation could easily spiral out of control.
What happens if a US carrier is sunk with all hands? 5,000 dead Americans in a single strike. It would be the boldest day in US history, worse than 9/11, Pearl Harbor, or Antietam. If that happens, will Trump stop? Probably not. Bombing won't cause regime change, and it's hardening the Iranian people anyway. Only a ground invasion would be the thing that could cause that level of regime change.
