No we don't, we could just cut some unnecessary costs out and put that money into growing our industry's infrastructure and automation. The billions wasted on stuff like boomers pensions or their subsidized healthcare could be making the country so much more productive instead.
The only thing we might need immigration for is to prop up your old asses even after you've destroyed our country.
